Behind the recipes

I’m a 21 year old student studying economics in Barcelona. I love sports and I compete as an athlete. And one of the things that amuse me the most is a nice meal. I try make life simple for those around me and for myself.

I’ve recently fallen in love, wich has inspired me in making a new section on my blog.

I hope everyone can try some of the recipes I’ll be suggesting, and if not, take some ideas from them. And remember I don’t build this site alone, we all do it together.

Thanks for liking my post and stopping by my blog. I’m going through the recipes you’ve got and was wondering if those recipes needing a conventional oven can be done using a microwave oven? I’ve recently rediscovered my love for baking and I’m sure my kids would love some of the recipes you’ve shared but all I have is my little microwave. My oven’s still busted since it was submerged in the 2009 flood here in my country.

    Great blog by the way.

    Best regards,
    Mary

I’ll try to make a section whenever I get the time about baking with the microwave.

Ferran Adrià, one of the worlds best chef’s uses is A LOT! They do very easy techniques to make very unusal but fantastic plates and desserts!

I’ll do it as soon as I can.

Just wanted to say a belated thank you for stopping by my food blog and liking the creamy scalloped potatoes and ham. It is one of our family’s favorite recipes and one I’ve made lots and lots of times. You can improvise with spices if you like and even add other veggies. I hope you make it sometime and let me know what you think.
